Baby massage is a wonderful way to spend time with your new baby
Baby led baby Massage Courses
Baby Massage courses are suitable for babies from birth to 1 yr . The Ideal age to start a course is once your baby is over 4 weeks old. Babies who are less than 4 weeks often need frequent feeds/cuddles and they sleep a lot, so it can be easier to wait until after this time to start the course. This allows you to get the most opportunities to massage your baby during the sessions, that said if you would like to join a course sooner that is no problem
Baby massage sessions are totally baby led, so you are welcome to feed, change or soothe your baby at any point during the session.
Its no problem if your baby cries.

Group Courses
90 minute sessions held on a Tuesday afternoon from 2.15pm in the Salvation Army Church on Sythwood. Woking
1-1 Sessions
held at a mutually agreed time in the comfort of your own home
Private antenatal/friends group sessions.
Held in your preferred venue with your antenatal group

Group
Baby Massage Courses
My courses follow the IAIM program of baby massage.
They run over 4 or 5 weeks which allows plenty of time for you to learn and become accustomed to the baby massage strokes
Gentle Techniques
Each week as well as learning a new part of the body we repeat the massage strokes already learnt, which allows time to practice and reinforce your learning. All of the strokes are demonstrated by me on a doll and explained in full as you practice on your baby
There is then an opportunity for discussion prior to finishing the session with a chat and a hot drink and home made cake.
So its a great way to meet other new parents
